Case Study #1:

Company A has been contacting clients by emails and does not get the right answers due to miscommunication of the language being spoken. I was requested to make a call to a company client on behalf of Company A to set up a business meeting. I discussed with Company A to figure out what type of meeting was necessary, what had been discussed so far, and what the goal of the meeting should be upon completion. I was able to smooth out communications both online and offline.

Case Study #2:

A client needed help negotiating the length of their rental period due to a request from the landlord asked them to relocate within the building. My client didn't understand the full contract and continued to sign and say yes to whatever the landlord requested. I intervened and taught the client how to negotiate for better terms, in the USA, despite not understanding the American nature of direct negotiations. The result, was that my client received 3 months of free rent and from that moment on the client understood that negotiating was not “rude” in America, but in fact necessary.
